Lyrics

I thought I saw you in a grocery store
The hair was frizzy and the eyes were yours
But you turned and walked away
You turned and walked away

I swear I've seen you in a thousand skins
But every time I try to look within
You turn and walked away

Great tune

I LOVE this song. Great work on the new album Josh...you're keeping hope alive for the indie musician. Peace.

The music was not quite up to where I think I'd be able to recognize it if it came up on my MP3 player (unlike, again, Let It In) but it's definitely more distinct and clear to me. Lyrically speaking, the song puts me in mind of some of Pink Floyd's stuff. I can't say about the music, I haven't had a chance to listen through my MP3s of their stuff that I have to say one way or another how either sound to me, but on a lyrical level, the subject and structure reminded me of that.
