Who says you can't? Email to a Friend RSS Syndication Posted on Fri, Nov 27 2009 Seems like there's definitely a lot of interest in a remixed Only Whispering, so I'll probably tackle that soon. In the meantime, I'm working on giving touchups to some of stuff in the reject bin. As much as I'd love most of those songs to die a humane and peaceful death, they're still getting a lot of downloads and use in projects. So I'm tacking them in batches. The first batch of 2004-era stuff is now online and ready for download:
All of these will get instrumental mixes as well (one of the main reasons I wanted to do this). I'd say "enjoy", but that might be a little ambitious. How about: "may your ears no longer bleed" instead? :) Did you T-Pain Tom Cadaret?
No, he just naturally sings with stair-stepped pitches. :D
*goes into deep hiding in case Mr. Cadaret is still living in this hemisphere* Josh Woodward - http://www.JoshWoodward.com/ Of course! I did what I could with that one, but it was a really raw and simple recording. I came up with a couple riffs, stuck a mic in front of an amp, hit record, and played the song as it is in one take. The whole last half was improvised, without a click track. I recorded the drums and the other instruments on top of that later. Definitely sounds better now, though!
Josh Woodward - http://www.JoshWoodward.com/ Wrong Side of the Revolution came out great. I think that's definitely one of your underrated tunes. It needs to slip back into a setlist sometime.
Wrong Side Of The Revolution kicks, man!!!! What's wrong with you, Josh? Reject? Drums sound glorious. This is a great song! Really hooky!
