They've got a really awful returns system too. I ordered RAM from them that didn't work, and you have to pay (expensive) return shipping.

That is craziness, and is quite a shock. I bought my laptop from tigerdirect, it has been refurbished and I'm hoping there are no problems (knock on wood), especially after all this madness. Heads up taken with thanks.
