Great quality Chinese food, located in the former Satang Thai Cuisine storefront. Their prices are fairly reasonable - most rice/soup/main combos are $4 for lunch and $6 for dinner - but the quality is higher than you'd expect. The meats taste, well, real. The spicy bean curd is amazing, with very soft and juicy tofu cubes floating in a sausage gravy. The happy family was good as well, especially if you order it spicy. Be brave and try the hot and sour soup - it's the best I've had anywhere. They serve a ton of food, so plan accordingly.

Wow!
I went to Shin's Cinese Fusion this afternoon for lunch with my family. I could not believe the amount of food that you get for $4!! It's incredible!! I ordered the Almond Boneless Chicken, and was it ever great! Lots of celery, mushrooms, and a good sized chicken breast with cruchy breading in a soy sauce based gravy. The chicken was covered in the veggies and had a big pile of rice beside it. I could not believe how good it was!! We also ordered the appetizer #3(I can't remember the name of the dish!), It was 8 pieces. The pieces looked like a mix between an egg roll and a dumpling, with meat inside (I think it was pork). They had a wonderful flavor!

Shin's Fusion
I to have tried Shin's Fusion Resturant in Findlay Ohio. Of coarse I had to attempt to try it all in one visit. First I have Asparagus Rolls. Wow, they where wonderful. Then I had to try this little thing like pot stickers. They where delicious. Then I had a spring roll. Which was much to my liking. Hard to find a good one. These where great! Then I had to try the sweet and sour soup. WOW! You have got to try it. Texture, taste,& just the right hot spices all home made fresh. I ate the whole bowl! Then I attemped to eat a dinner which was Chicken Ben'na something. Well, all I can say is try it you like it. If you want good try this little resturant. Highly recommended. Very resonably priced also. We definately go again and try something different.
