Depending on what you order China Garden has some excellent dishes.  Their General's Chicken, Kung Pow chicken or shrimp, and Mongolian chicken or beef are great and some of the best dishes in town.

I think I tried the General's and wasn't impressed, but I love a good mongolian beef. Is it spicy? So many of the dishes around here that call themselves that aren't, and that's the best part.

My dh and I eat here any time that we want Chinese cuisine. The owners are very nice, thoughtful, and helpful. I encourage you to get to know them as we have. They will tweek any entree' to your needs - e.g. if you want General Tso's mild, medium, or hot, just ask! I'm sure they can spice things up to meet your needs. Their prices are very fair and the quality is out of this world! As I have spoken to one of the owners, she stresses quality and nutrition in what they offer. Finally a restaurant that actually cares about qaulity AND nutrition! Their portions are very generous. I am sad, very sad that they do not get more business. I would give them a 10/10. Where as Ming's on the other side of I-75 a 3/10.
